RETURN / REFUND POLICY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ (Warranty is stated below)
By placing an online order or in person, you the customer are agreeing to the terms, conditions, and policies of Southwest Defense LLC. Customers are also welcome to place orders by phone or in person. At the discretion of Southwest Defense LLC all sales are final. At the discretion of Southwest Defense LLC we charge a 40% restocking fee / Cancellation fee is because we are charged for payment transactions as well as a loss of company and employee time and revenue loss for handling and processing orders. All sales are final without exception by purchasing from Southwest Defense LLC you the customer are accepting our terms, conditions, and company policies.
WARRANTY
We stand by our products. Firearms and parts manufactured by Southwest Defense LLC are backed by our limited Lifetime Warranty. Our Southwest Defense LLC firearms are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the serviceable lifetime of the firearm. Items that VOID the warranty and are NOT covered under warranty: using remanufactured ammunition or handmade ammunition, wear and tear components or items, FRT’s (Forced Reset Triggers), suppressors not installed by Southwest Defense LLC or authorized affiliates, muzzle breaks, flash hiders or barrel compensators not installed by Southwest Defense LLC or authorized affiliates. Any Modification or alteration to our products will void our warranty. Do not remove the screws on rifles or uppers sold with our Rail System or you will VOID our WARRANTY. If you experience any issues, please contact us first at [email protected] and do NOT attempt to perform work of any type on our products. Firearms and parts can be easily damaged without proper knowledge, experience, and tools. We are not responsible for damage incurred by customers changing, altering or modifying our products in any way shape or form or from the shipping process. Each Firearm comes with our Limited Lifetime Warranty and stays with the product for the life of the product. Southwest Defense LLC reserves the right, in our sole discretion refuse warranty claims, including without limitation, warranty claims that appear by Southwest Defense LLC to be false or fraudulent. If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent warranty claim the warranty will be nullified and canceled on that product. This includes (firing reloaded or handmade ammunition from our components or firearms. Mixing up the correct ammunition to a different and non-matching chamber or vice versa) Firing 223/556 ammo in a 300 Blackout or VICE VERSA (which will result in destruction and or bodily HARM). Any and all Warranty is at the discretion of Southwest Defense LLC and products are sold “as is”. With that being stated we will stand behind our products.
Under no circumstances shall Southwest Defense LLC be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss, life or limb loss, bodily injury or injury to property, whether as a result of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Southwest Defense LLC will not be responsible for the results of ordinary wear and tear, careless handling, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or adjustments, improper, substandard, reloaded or defective ammunition, corrosion, or unreasonable use.
FAILED BACKGROUND CHECK
There will be a 40% restocking fee on all lower receivers / builds, rifles or pistols returned because of failed background checks. Return Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
DEPOSITS
All Deposits are 100% non-refundable without exception. Upon completion of the build(s) the customer has 30 days to pay the remaining balance due on the build. If payment is not made within 30 days after completion of the build(s) the customer forfeits the deposit(s) and the build(s).
PURCHASING
By purchasing from Southwest Defense LLC you the customer accepts our terms, conditions, and company policies. All sales are final and are sold as is. We make high quality products we stand behind and will assist warranty cases at the discretion of Southwest Defense LLC.
ORDERING
By placing an online order, you are accepting the terms and conditions of Southwest Defense LLC.
All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion refuse orders, including without limitation, orders that appear to be placed by distributors or resellers. If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent order, we will be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities. All sales are final. By purchasing from Southwest Defense LLC you the customer are acknowledging and agree to Southwest Defense LLC terms, conditions, and policies. All sales are final without exception.
RETURNS
All sales of firearms, parts and clothing are final, and returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED. Orders shipped to an FFL are FINAL UPON SHIPMENT. Once a firearm is shipped to the FFL, Southwest Defense LLC will not accept a return or exchange unless the customer fails the background check from the FFL that received the firearm, at that point the firearm is to be returned to Southwest Defense LLC. By the receiving FFL holder. If a defect is discovered by the customer after shipment, the customer must contact us at [email protected]
Southwest Defense LLC charges a restocking fee and an amount equal to the original shipping costs for any final orders cancelled via debit or credit card chargeback after shipment to the FFL. By placing an online order with Southwest Defense LLC, the customer agrees to pay all restocking and shipping fees associated with any order that is cancelled via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment to the FFL.
CUSTOMER FURTHER AUTHORIZES AND CONSENTS TO SOUTHWEST DEFENSE LLC CHARGING THE AFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER.
Southwest Defense LLC reserves the right to refuse and dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks. Southwest Defense LLC reserves the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment.
All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.
